Gabion baskets are the primary products made of hexagonal nettings that find their use as components of river engineering structures such as river walls, dams, berms, groynes, etc. In the road engineering gabion baskets serve as noise barriers reducing effects of roads on adjacent areas. For urban space they are used as decoration or as elements of fencing. Depending on the dimension of a basket diaphragms are implemented to improve the basket’s strength and facilitate its installation. Baskets, according to demand, can be produced in 80×100 mm mesh size.
