CONNECTING MATERIALS

C-Rings (Hog-Rings)
C-rings are used to staple hexagonal nettings, gabion baskets and mattresses with manual or pneumatic hog ring tools. All produced hog rings are standardized, i.e. they correspond to the dimensional specifications of a typical hog ring tool. Thanks to the tensile strength of 1550 MPa hog rings remain permanent connectors for the netting and a quick way of installation in comparison to one done with lancing wire. C-Rings also used in welded products, alternatively for spirals.

Accessories for Welded products
Spiral
The product connecting welded panels made of wire, at least as wire used for the production of welded mesh, with a strength not less than 500 MPa. The pitch of spring can be: 50, 76,2 or 100 mm depends on minimal size of mesh.

Stiffener
The element connecting two oposite panles of gabion made of wire, at least as welded mesh with a strength of 500 MPa. At both ends there are hook-shaped folds.

Hook pin
The element used to connect welded baskets made of steel wire, having one bent hook end.
